Employee Benefit
The Employee Benefit report calculates the net financial benefit for employees (Connected drivers) at workplaces that offer free or subsidized charging. To view the Employee Benefit report, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Reports > Financial > Employee Benefit.
This report may take some time to load.
The Average Cost of Energy specifies the average cost per kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity in U.S. dollars (USD). To adjust the Average Cost of Energy used in the calculations, enter a value and click Update Cost.
Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Unique identifier for the driver’s ChargePoint account. |

Total number of charging sessions completed by the driver. |

Total kWh |
Total energy consumed across all sessions, in kilowatt-hours. |

Total GHG |
Total greenhouse gas emissions avoided during sessions. |

Currency |
Currency used for calculating the benefit value. |

Value of kWh |
Monetary value assigned to each kilowatt-hour of energy. |

Paid by Employee |
Amount paid by the employee for charging sessions. |

Net Benefit |
Total benefit received by the employee after deducting payments. |
Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.
Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
Reports will be empty if stations are set to free access.
