Waitlist Policy Logs

The Waitlist Policy Logs tab displays the items related to Waitlist configuration changes.

To view the Waitlist Policy Logs, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Reports > Logs  > Waitlist Policy Logs.

Waitlist Policy Logs

Field

Description

Org Name

Name of the organization associated with the waitlist policy log entry.

MAC Address

MAC address of the station’s network interface.

Station Name

Name of the charging station linked to the waitlist policy.

Waitlist Policy Name

Name of the waitlist policy applied to the station.

Parking Spaces per Port

Number of parking spaces available per port in the waitlist policy.

Action

Type of action performed (For example: Create, Update, Delete).

Admin Name

Name of the admin who made the change to the waitlist policy.

Time Created (IST)

Time-stamp when the waitlist policy log entry was created, in Indian Standard Time.

Log Time (IST)

Time-stamp when the log entry was generated, in Indian Standard Time.

Waitlist Policy Application Status

Current status of the waitlist policy application (For example: Active, Inactive).

Result

Outcome of the action (For example: Success, Failure).

EVSE ID

Unique identifier for the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
