Reinstall Lower Door

1. Close the lower door.

   

2. Reinstall the lower door screws. Torque to 4.5 Nm (40 in-lb).

   

3. On the right side of the door, replace the door bracket.

   

4. Slide the door bracket downwards.

   

5. Torque screws on the door bracket to 1 Nm (10 in-lb).

   

Reinstall Preassembled Lower Cover

1. Slide one edge of the cover into its corresponding side groove. Grip the cover at its top edge and slide the cover upwards until the waistband (top edge of the cover) overlaps the Power Link 1000 top cover by 30-35 mm (1.25-1.5 in). Bow the lower cover lightly to insert its free edge into the opposing side groove.

   

2. Check the top and bottom corners of the cover to ensure they are seated in the side grooves. Then slide the cover down while pressing in on the lower edge of the holster trim and lower edge of the cover to engage the hooks behind the cover.

   

Reinstall Unassembled Lower Cover

1. Insert one edge of the lower vinyl sign into its corresponding side groove. Lightly bow the sign to insert its other edge into the opposing side groove.

   

2. Study the inner side of the lower trim. Notice an imprint that shows which edge goes "UP."

   

3. Insert the lower trim. Adjust the vinyl sign so it seats behind the lower trim.

   

4. Position the upper side of the holster trim onto two hooks. Then press the lower side of the trim into place.

   The holster trim has a specific orientation wherein its upper and lower sides are not interchangeable.

   

5. Insert the middle trim until it engages at its center and side clips.
