Flex Billing

Flex Billing is a system that provides enables station owners to set pricing at individual charging stations while ChargePoint collects, processes and then forwards payments from drivers directly to station owners. Many customers enroll for Flex Billing at the time of setting up their organization account. If the station owner has not yet enrolled, they can enroll by following the steps in this section.

To begin with, station owners will need this banking information:

• Federal tax ID or Social Security number

• Bank’s name and address (Only required if you are selecting ACH/Wire Transfer and not a paper check)

• ABA routing number (IBAN for non-USA) and bank account number (Only required if you are selecting ACH/Wire Transfer and not a paper check)

Station owners can set up custom station groups to set up different pricing strategy for different stations. It can also help station owners to customize payments from different groups of stations be deposited to different bank accounts. For more information, see Create a Custom Station Group.
