Remove a Message from Stations

To remove a station message from an individual station or a group of stations, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to ChargePoint Platform.

  2. Navigate to Stations > Station Message.

  3. Click the arrows  ▷  beside your organization name to navigate through the Custom Groups or Radio Groups to your charging station.

  4. In the New Station Message column, select Remove from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Click Remove in the confirmation pop-up window.

When the message is successfully removed, it disappears from the Current Station Message column and from all the stations to which it had been applied.
