Unique Drivers

The Unique Drivers chart shows how many individual users charged their vehicles at your stations each month. Even if a driver charges multiple times in a month, they are counted only once during that period. Connected Drivers refer to all users who have requested and been granted charging access at your organization—typically employees or preferred customers. This number only decreases if a previously approved driver is removed from your driver group.

An increase in unique drivers generally indicates growing business activity. Note that Connected Drivers data will be populated only if you have enabled Connections and approved driver requests.
