Sessions

The Sessions data chart is an indicator of the extent to which your station are being used. If your stations are not being used as often as you’d like, contact us for ways to generate interest in EV charging. A charging session happens when an EV plugs in and receives energy for more than two minutes. A single driver can have multiple charging sessions. This report includes only authentic sessions that have occurred in that month. Review the Reports > Analytics > Anlaytics Chart tab for up-to-date session information.

Spurious sessions will be reviewed and attributed to the month they originally occurred for energy reporting. However, any revenue from these sessions will be recorded based on the payment processing date when these sessions are resolved.
