Video Assistance

If you cannot format your video, you can still upload it to ChargePoint. The video validations team will format the video for your station’s display, as well as, zoom, crop, or letter-box it if your video is too wide (or too tall) to match your station’s display.

Please allow at least 2–3 business days for the video to be ready to apply to your stations.
