Video File Format Requirements

The video file format requirements are as follows:

• Container file format: MPEG-4 (.mp4)

• Video format: H.264 (Advanced Video Codec)

• H.264 profile: Baseline only

• Scan type: Progressive

• Duration (Length): 10 seconds – 60 seconds

• Resolution:

  • CT4000 Family (North America): 640 x 480 (width x height), 4:3 aspect ratio

  • CP4000 Family (Europe): 640 x 360 (width x height), 16:9 aspect ratio

  • Express 250 (North America, Europe): 640 x 360 (width x height), 16:9 aspect ratio

• Frame rate: 30 frames per second (fps) maximum, Constant Frame Rate

• Video bit rate: 1.2 Mb per second average; 1.5 Mb per second peak
