Apply a Waitlist Policy to Stations

To create a waitlist policy, configure the following steps:

1. Log in to ChargePoint Platform.

2. Navigate to Stations > Waitlist.

3. Click Apply Waitlist Policies.

4. Click the arrows  ▷  beside the organization name to find the station(s) you want by clicking through either Custom Groups or Radio Groups.

5. In the Change Waitlist Policy column, select your new waitlist policy from the drop-down list. You can apply a new waitlist policy to individual stations or a group of stations.

6. Click Apply.

7. Click OK.

Once the Waitlist policy has been successfully applied, a green check mark appears beside the station. Click the refresh arrows to query the database and update the screen.
