Driver Log
The Driver Log tab provides a summary of waitlist actions performed by the drivers using the waitlist policy.
To access the driver log, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Stations > Waitlist > Driver Log.
Refer to the following table for detailed explanation of each field.

Org Name |
Displays the name of the organization. |

Station Name |
Displays the name of the station. |

Port Number |
Displays the port number. |

Driver Name |
Displays the name of the driver. |
|
Evatar Name |
Displays the Evatar name associated with the driver. Evatar is an image associated with each driver's account, displayed alongside their username. |

User ID |
Displays the user ID assigned to the driver. |
|
Action |
Displays a description of the waitlist action that was either performed by the driver or implemented for the driver. Example: Declined after Accept, Started session on blocked station, Driver removed by Max Snoozes etc. |

Timestamp |
Displays the timestamp for the action. |
|
TZ |
Displays the timezone in which the waitlist action was performed. |
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.
Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
