Status View

The Status View tab categorizes stations and ports based on their status. To access the Status View, log in to ChargePoint Platform, navigate to Stations > Stations Overview > Status View.

The table below outlines the parameters available in the Status View tab.

Description

Faulted

Number of stations and ports that have faults reported.

Unreachable

Number of stations and ports that are unreachable.

Occupied

Number of stations and ports that are occupied.

Available

Number of stations and ports that are available.

Unavailable

Number of stations and ports that are unavailable.

Select the check-box next to the Name field and click Clear Status to clear the entries against the status selected.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
