    Station Name

ChargePoint network consists of two names, a common name for all stations that belong to your organization and a dedicated name unique for the station. For example, if a station's common name is CHARGEPOINT and the dedicated name is CPE100 DC FAST, CHARGEPOINT / CPE100 DC FAST appears as the station name on the ChargePoint network to differentiate from other stations. For example, if you have several stations installed at a parking lot and the parking lot is located at 14th Avenue Road, enter 14AveRdS1 for the first station and 14AveRdS2 for the second station.

    Add to custom station groups

Add the stations to an existing custom station group. A custom group consists of several stations grouped together irrespective of the radio group that the stations belong to. If necessary, you can even group several radio groups and/or custom groups together. Select the expand button to choose a custom group. You can create a new custom group and add to it later. See Create a Custom Station Group and Add Stations to a Custom Group for more information.

    Radio group

If the new station is a non-gateway station, select the Radio Group. A radio group consists of one gateway station and several non-gateway stations connected to the gateway station. The gateway station connects to the ChargePoint network via a cellular network, and the non-gateway stations connect through the gateway station via a WiFi network. If it is a gateway station, create a new Radio Group.

    Org Name

If your organization name is not already displayed, enter your organization name that you provided while creating the Network Manager account and select it when it appears. If the stations are owned by another organization, such as a subsidiary or branch and you have been granted access rights to that organization, you can enter the name of that organization and select it when it appears.
