Advanced Waitlist Policy Settings

All advanced waitlist policy settings are optional. To configure the advanced settings, complete the following:

1. Log in to ChargePoint Platform.

2. Navigate to Stations > Waitlist.

3. To customize your waitlist policy further, click Advanced.

4. Customize and configure one of the following features:

   1. Local Queuing: Local queuing allows drivers to join the waitlist by physically tapping on the station with RFID or mobile device.

   2. Remote Queuing: Remote queuing allows drivers to join the waitlist through mobile app or web.

   3. End Session: Stop dispensing energy when driver is notified to move their vehicle

5. Click Save.
