Format Videos Using QuickTime Pro
To format videos using QuickTime Pro, complete the following steps:

Open QuickTime Player Pro and open your video file.

Navigate to File > Export or type Ctrl+E.

In the File name textbox, enter the name for your reformatted video.

From the Export drop-down box, select Movie to MPEG-4

Click Options.

Set File Format to MP4.

Select Video from the drop-down list.

Set Video Format to H.264.
-
Set Data Rate to 1200.
-
Set Optimized for to Download.

Set Image Size to:

640 x 480 for (Undefined variable: Products.p).

640 x 360 for (Undefined variable: Products.productCP4000)/(Undefined variable: Products.productExp250).

Set Frame Rate to 30.
-
Set Key Frame to Automatic.

Click Video Options.
-
Ensure that Baseline is the only profile selected.

Click OK.
QuickTime Pro re-formats your video and may take a few minutes. When formatting is complete, go to Submit Video Ads for Validation.
