Before You Begin

  1. Power off the charging station.

  2. Determine if the Power Link 1000 has preassembled covers or unassembled components, remove them as necessary.

  3. Open the upper door.

AFTER REPLACING THE FAN, REVERSE THE ABOVE STEPS TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE.

Replace Front Fan

To replace the front fan, complete the following steps:

  1. Disconnect the fan cable.

    1. Release the cable from the adhesive plate.

      Unfasten or loosen any zip ties that obstruct.

      Release the cable from the adhesive plate while unfastening any zip tie that might obstruct

    2. Disconnect the connector.

      Disconnect the connector.

  2. Loosen the M4 screws (x4).

    While reinstalling torque the screws to 1.7 Nm (15 in-lb).

    Loosen four of the M4 screws and While reinstalling torque the screws to 1.7 Nm or 15 in-lb

REVERSE THE ABOVE STEPS TO REINSTALL.
