Appendix A: Variation Identification
There are two variations of the pedestal-mount Power Link 2000: Variation A and Variation B.
Variation B Power Link 2000 supports the following enhancements:

Allows high voltage DC output, Ethernet, and 48 V DC power output from Power Blocks to be connected from Power Link 2000 to Power Link 2000, enabling higher port counts in specific sequential charging configurations.

48 VDC redundancy - Allows up to two 48 V inputs per Power Link 2000.
The variation of a Power Link 2000 can be identified by its part number, as described by this appendix.
Power Link 2000 Part Number
Power Link 2000s are manufactured and ordered by part number. Part numbers are listed on the Power Link 2000 sales order, on the Power Link 2000 package shipping label, and on the Power Link 2000 upper front door.
To find the part number on the Power Link 2000 upper front door, take these steps:

Find the part number label on the upper door.

If service work does not proceed immediately after finding the part number on the front door, reverse the above steps to restore the Power Link 2000 to operating state.
The part number is formatted as 99-XXXXXX-YY-ZZ, where:

ZZ is a variant indicator
