Pump and Reservoir Assembly
This section provides instructions for replacing the pump and reservoir assembly in the Power Link 2000.

Before You Begin
Before servicing the component, complete the following steps:

After replacing the components, reverse the above steps to complete the service.
Complete the post-service checklist. The checklist is available at ChargePoint Product Reference Documentation.
Contact ChargePoint regarding faulty part return.
Replace the Pump and Reservoir Assembly
Press the latch and pull the connector to disconnect the cables (x3).

Find the label on each cable to plug its connector back into its correct receptacle connector.
To reconnect, plug in. The latch must snap onto the receptacle connector with a click sound to ensure that the connection is secure.
Use needle nose pliers to pull out the stud-mounted zip ties.

Press the latch and pull the connector to disconnect the hoses (x2).
While disconnecting, use a clean rag to catch and wipe off any coolant residue on the connectors.

To reconnect, plug in. The latch must snap onto the receptacle connector with a click sound to ensure that the connection is secure.
Flex the hose clamps (x4) to untie the hoses (x2).

Loosen the reservoir bracket nuts (x2) and pump bracket screws (x4), and lift the assembly to remove. Hold the reservoir with one hand and pump with other hand to gently lift and remove the assembly.

Torque the reservoir bracket nuts to 4.5 Nm (40 in-lb) and pump bracket screws to 5.6 Nm (50 in-lb).
Loosen the pump controller bracket nuts and slide the controller up to remove.

Torque these nuts to 2.8 Nm (25 in-lb) .
Reverse the above steps to reinstall with replacement FRU
